These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RecruiterContacts (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RecruiterContacts provides a searchable directory of recruiter and hiring contacts and related tools. Access to contact details is gated by plan-based credits. We work to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree to use contact information lawfully and in compliance with applicable anti-spam, privacy, and data-protection laws. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the data in bulk, or use it to harass any individual. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
If your information appears in our directory and you would like it removed, we provide a free, instant self-service removal tool.
Please note: emailing our support team will not process a removal. All removal requests must be made through the automated form below, which removes your profile immediately and adds it to our do-not-list so it is not included again.
Remove my information →The Service, including its design, software, and compilation of data, is owned by RecruiterContacts and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecruiterContacts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
