Since 2003, we've been delivering high\-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors. FinXL is seeking a Dynamics 365 Technical Business Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading financial services client on a 6 months\+ contract in Melbourne. Responsibilities * Gather, analyse, and document business needs into technical specifications for Dynamics 365 configurations. * Map and optimize advice workflow stages to boost financial adviser productivity and usability. * Partner with CRM developers, engineers, and integration partners to design robust enterprise solutions. * Drive ideas to enhance CRM data quality and ensure the platform remains user\-friendly. * Ensure all technical delivery meets strict business logic and governance obligations. * Identify and highlight risks or poor compliance practices to management for proper mitigation. * Complete mandatory training to understand and adhere to the regulatory framework. Key Skills \& Experience * Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. * Strong understanding of Power Platform, including Power Automate and model\-driven apps. * Highly desired experience within financial advice, wealth management, or financial services. * Familiarity with adviser\-client relationships, compliance obligations, and record\-keeping. * Comfortable documenting and working within highly regulated, audit\-sensitive systems. * Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technical delivery teams. Engagement Details * 6 months\+ contract with a leading financial services client. * Hybrid working model with 2\-3 days/ week in the office in Sydney CBD.
