Job Description

**Position Summary** -------------------- SigmaCorps Solutions is seeking a Task Order Manager to serve as the program management lead and primary point of contact for fixed site program execution, providing planning, execution, and reporting support to the Product Manager (PdM) Fixed Site and PdM Future Weapons Systems (FWS) teams and keeping the Government apprised of all program issues and status. *This position is contingent upon contract award.* **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Serve as the program management lead; plan and monitor the execution of all program tasks. * Attend weekly program meetings, providing facility and resource coordination, note\-taking, and action recording. * Organize, review, and manage action items within an action\-tracking database; upload status to the program SharePoint site. * Populate and monitor reports and assist in the production of Program Management Review (PMR) briefs and weekly and monthly status reports. * Track and report cost, schedule, and performance metrics across all assigned tasks. * Review corporate and subcontractor travel and ODC requests before requesting Government approval. * Ensure contract data deliverables (agendas, presentation material, minutes, monthly status reports) are high quality and delivered on time. * Support program\-level activities related to systems engineering, risk analysis and management, safety analysis and assessment, production management, scheduling, testing, cyber security assessment and management, and software management. * Assist in technical reviews, milestone reviews, program reviews, and Government\-led program development, strategy, and execution management. **Required Qualifications** --------------------------- * Ten (10\) or more years of DoD program or acquisition management experience. * Demonstrated experience managing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) efforts with multiple CLINs and option years. * Working knowledge of DoD acquisition policy and program documentation standards. * Experience preparing and delivering CDRL submissions, including monthly status reports and program review materials. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to brief Government PdMs and CORs. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. **Preferred Skills** -------------------- * Direct experience supporting MARCORSYSCOM, PEO Land Systems, or PM GBAD programs. * Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA program management certification. * Familiarity with the Counter\-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C\-sUAS) portfolio. * Top Secret clearance eligibility. * Military/DoD background preferred; veteran strongly preferred. **Education** ------------- * Bachelor's degree required. * Additional technical training or certifications in a related field are a plus. **Working Conditions** ---------------------- * Standard office environment at the contractor facility within 15 miles of MARCORSYSCOM Headquarters, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA; unclassified telework authorized via approved VPN at Government discretion. * CONUS and OCONUS travel as required, approved in advance by the Government; personnel must be able to travel to any CONUS/OCONUS DoD or contractor facility within 24 hours of notification (representative locations: Quantico, San Diego, Los Angeles, Midland, Okinawa). OCONUS travel may require a SPOT Letter of Authorization. * Work is conducted within an ISO 9001:2015\-certified Quality Management System. * Performance requires support of a facility operating with an active Top Secret Facility Clearance and Secret safeguarding. **Security Clearance Requirements** ----------------------------------- This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance at the start of performance. Candidates must be eligible to receive and use a Common Access Card (CAC). Classified handling responsibilities are executed in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDI 5200\.01, and the applicable DD\-254\.
