Job Description
**Position Summary**
--------------------
SigmaCorps Solutions is seeking Systems Engineers / C\-UAS SMEs to apply systems engineering principles with proficiency in command and control and radio frequency analysis across the Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) / Counter\-UAS (C\-UAS) field. The position requires resident knowledge of Title 10, U.S.C. §130i and how it relates to site surveys and C\-UAS deployment and employment operations.
*This position is contingent upon contract award.*
**Key Responsibilities**
------------------------
* Apply comprehensive systems engineering principles to support the investigation, analysis, planning, design, development, implementation, testing, and evaluation of equipment, systems, processes, or procedures.
* Apply resident knowledge of Title 10, U.S.C. §130i as it relates to site surveys and C\-UAS deployment/employment operations.
* Assist in the review and preparation of engineering and technical analysis reports and other technical documentation.
* Coordinate with stakeholders, products, data analysis, and design teams to address technical issues and support infrastructure needs.
* Provide expertise in the transition of legacy systems to modernized systems.
* Implement solutions to difficult problems, generate concepts or process\-improvement ideas, and provide specialized guidance to the planning process.
**Required Qualifications**
---------------------------
* Fifteen (15\) or more years of systems engineering experience with demonstrated UAS/C\-UAS expertise.
* Demonstrated proficiency in command and control and radio frequency analysis.
* Resident knowledge of Title 10, U.S.C. §130i as it relates to site surveys and C\-UAS operations.
* Experience preparing engineering and technical analysis reports for Government customers.
* Experience supporting the transition of legacy systems to modernized systems.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
**Preferred Skills**
--------------------
* Prior PM GBAD, MARCORSYSCOM, or PEO Land Systems C\-UAS experience.
* Top Secret clearance eligibility.
* Engineering certifications relevant to systems engineering or RF analysis.
* Military/DoD background preferred; veteran strongly preferred.
**Education**
-------------
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field required.
* Additional technical training or certifications in a related field are a plus.
**Working Conditions**
----------------------
* Standard office environment at the contractor facility within 15 miles of MARCORSYSCOM Headquarters, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA; unclassified telework authorized via approved VPN at Government discretion.
* CONUS and OCONUS travel as required, approved in advance by the Government; personnel must be able to travel to any CONUS/OCONUS DoD or contractor facility within 24 hours of notification (representative locations: Quantico, San Diego, Los Angeles, Midland, Okinawa). OCONUS travel may require a SPOT Letter of Authorization.
* Work is conducted within an ISO 9001:2015\-certified Quality Management System.
* Performance requires support of a facility operating with an active Top Secret Facility Clearance and Secret safeguarding.
**Security Clearance Requirements**

This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance at the start of performance. Candidates must be eligible to receive and use a Common Access Card (CAC). Classified handling responsibilities are executed in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDI 5200\.01, and the applicable DD\-254\. At the Government's discretion, certain personnel may require access up to TOP SECRET, Foreign Government Information, NATO, and ACCM material.
