Maintain an inventory of adequate supplies and tools. * Performmaintenance and repairs to advanced HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, structural,furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems. Keep facility and buildingsystems up to applicable standards as assigned. * Complywith all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and companydirectives related to building operations and work safety. * Developan energy management program. Ensure all systems operate in the most efficientmanner. * Overseeand inspect the work performed by outside contractors. Respond to commoninquiries or complaints from clients, co\-workers, and/or supervisors. * Directthe implementation of a preventive maintenance program to ensure that buildingmachinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life. Performrepairs and emergency maintenance as needed. * Reviewand sign off on inspections of building systems including fire alarms, HVAC,and plumbing to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilitiesand achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client. * Applyadvanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishingboth individual and departmentobjectives. • Showcaseexpertise in own job discipline and in\-depth knowledge of other job disciplineswithin the organization function. * Coachothers to develop in\-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas withinthe function. * Leadby example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levelsand of divergent interest, to adopt a different point ofview. • Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, orservice objectives across multi\-discipline teams. Work is guided by functionalpolicies which impact the design of procedures and policies. * Contributeto new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support ofachieving functional goals. * Communicatedifficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence. **What You’ll Need:** * High SchoolDiploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5\-8 years of job\-related experience.In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will beconsidered. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. * UniversalCFC certification is required * Additionalcertification in one or more of the following: HVAC, electrical, mechanical,HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical powertransmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry. * Meetthe physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking,climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs.or more. * Theinnovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions. * Abilityto solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broadimpact on the business. * In\-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc. * Expertorganizational skills with an advanced inquisitivemindset. • Highlysophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures suchas percentages, fractions, and other financial\-related calculations. The minimum salary for the positionis or $52\.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $59\.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidatewill depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
