Job Description
**Job Summary:**
The Technical Lead/Solution Architect provides strategic technical leadership and architectural oversight for the entire enterprise environment. This role ensures all solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned with modernization goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve as the senior technical authority for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure GCC Medium, .NET/C\# applications, SQL Server, and related systems.
* Design and oversee modernization, migration (including AWS\-to\-Azure), integration, and enhancement strategies.
* Lead architecture decisions, system design, process flows, and technical documentation.
* Ensure adherence to DevSecOps, CI/CD, SAST/DAST, SBOM, and secure coding practices.
* Support ATO activities, cybersecurity compliance, Zero Trust, and vulnerability remediation.
* Provide technical guidance on CCMS, Arbitration Management System, public web environment, and legacy system modernization.
* Conduct root\-cause analysis and recommend long\-term technical solutions.
* Mentor developers and ensure high\-quality code and system documentation.
* Participate in on\-site collaboration at agency Headquarters.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Minimum 8–10 years of hands\-on Solution Architecture experience in federal cloud environments.
* Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), Azure Government, .NET/C\#, and SQL.
* Strong experience with cloud migration, API integrations, and hybrid environments.
* Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent certification highly desired.
* Thorough knowledge of federal security, accessibility (Section 508/WCAG), and records management requirements.
