Senior QA Developer / Test Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Developer / Test Lead to design and drive the overarching test strategy for a digital banking modernization initiative. This role is ideal for a hands\-on quality engineer who excels in building automated test suites, leading performance and security testing, and ensuring a flawless member experience upon go\-live. ### **What You'll Do** * Develop the master test strategy, test plans, and test cases covering all facets of the digital banking platform. * Build and manage automated testing frameworks, performance testing, and security testing protocols. * Lead business validation testing, regression testing, and operational testing across multiple environments. * Drive defect triage and prioritization, and manage the ultimate UAT test signoff and business approval process. * Implement CI/CD pipeline test integrations and automated deployment workflows. ### **Required Qualifications** * 5\+ years of recent experience in QA Automation and Test Leadership roles. * Hands\-on expertise with modern automated testing frameworks (UI and API testing). * Experience with performance testing tools and security testing methodologies. * Strong analytical skills for defect management and root cause analysis in complex, multi\-vendor integrated environments. * Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments. ### **Nice to Have** * Experience with Azure DevOps integration for automated testing. * Prior experience testing enterprise\-scale software deployments within banking or digital finance. * Experience in large\-scale modernization or enterprise transformation projects. ### **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work on impactful, large\-scale modernization initiatives. * Collaborative and supportive engineering culture. * Exposure to modern cloud\-native technologies and platforms. * Flexible and dynamic remote delivery environment.
