We have a reputation for innovation and a drive to grow the business. **About the Role** We are looking for an experienced Rail Civils Supervisor to join our growing team delivering civil engineering projects across the UK. The Civils Team is based from Essex but support schemes across the UK. Projects are typically small to medium\-sized rail civils schemes valued between £100k and £7 million, with a strong focus on depot infrastructure and operational railway environments rather than major flagship projects. The successful candidate will be based in the South East / London Home Counties and should be prepared to travel nationwide. The next project is based in Scotland, with Company van, fuel card, accommodation and meal allowance provided. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the safe delivery of rail civil engineering projects from mobilisation through to completion. * Co\-ordinate site teams, sub\-contractors, plant and materials. * Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. * Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, inspections, and quality checks. * Maintain compliance with Network Rail standards, company procedures and health and safety legislation. * Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, clients and depot personnel. * Complete site documentation, permits, inspections and progress reports. **Typical Projects** * Depot infrastructure improvements * Drainage and ducting * Concrete repairs and foundations * Hard landscaping and access works * Fencing and security upgrades * Earthworks * Minor structural works * Roads, kerbing, surfacing, and utility installations * Platform repairs and associated civil engineering works **Essential Requirements** * Previous experience supervising rail civil engineering projects. * SSSMTS. * COSS. * Full UK Driving Licence. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work nationwide and stay away from home when required. **Fairness, Inclusion \& Respect** We are committed to the pursuit of fairness, inclusion, and respect. and strive to create an environment where every employee, regardless of their background, can feel comfortable, be themselves and succeed.
