Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a **Quality** **Senior Principal Engineer** on our **Quality Engineering** team in **Round Rock, Texas**. **What you’ll achieve:** As a **Quality Senior Principal Engineer**, you will lead complex business transformation initiatives that improve operational performance, accelerate technology adoption, and unlock value across Dell Services. You will partner with Business and IT stakeholders to analyze challenges, define future\-state solutions, and drive implementation of process and technology improvements. You will serve as a key transformation leader, applying process engineering, analytics, and AI\-enabled capabilities to solve high\-impact business problems. **You will** * Lead end\-to\-end process transformation engagements, from discovery and assessment through solution design, implementation, and value realization * Partner with Business and IT teams to understand priorities, evaluate opportunities, and develop scalable operating models that support strategic organizational priorities * Apply data analytics, automation, and AI\-enabled capabilities to identify process improvement opportunities and drive measurable business outcomes * Facilitate cross\-functional reviews, develop recommendations for leadership, and contribute to transformation methodologies, standards, and best practices **Take the first step towards your dream career** Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: **Essential Requirements** * 12\+ years of related experience in process engineering, business transformation, operational excellence, consulting, program management, or technology\-enabled business optimization * Experience leading complex cross\-functional initiatives and partnering with diverse business and technology stakeholders to deliver measurable results * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, including experience using data to develop business cases, performance insights, and value assessments * Experience applying process improvement, automation, digital transformation, or AI\-based solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes * Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across multiple organizational levels **Desirable Requirements** * Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, Analytics, or a related discipline * Experience supporting global transformation programs across functional domains such as Sales, Services, Support, Supply Chain, Operations, or Customer Experience **Who We Are** We believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
