Job Description
E\-Logic is seeking a Lead Technical Manager (LTM) shall serve as the primary interface between the government and the Contractor's technical team and shall manage the technical aspects of the project.
**Responsibilities:**
* Oversee database and data model design for the Financial Data Model (FDM).
* Manage technical teams, system integration, infrastructure planning, and documentation.
* Maintain and upgrade systems (PostgreSQL, Oracle, Informatica, etc.).
* Coordinate with DHS ISSOs to ensure cybersecurity compliance.
* Lead ETL, data migration, and AWS\-related operations.
**Required Qualifications/Skills:**
* Individual must possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher
* 8 years experience as a Lead Technical Architect/Manager.
* 8 years experience leading data modeling, data warehousing, and data migration activities.
* 8 years of AWS console and RDMS experience.
* 8 years of Oracle database experience.
* 5 years of Informatics experience in implementing and supporting IICS, PowerCenter, and IDQ.
* 5 years of experience as a business intelligence/reporting architect.
