As we scale into the category\-leading NetSuite partner for Life Sciences and other regulated industries, we’re looking for a consultant who loves turning complex requirements into systems that work. **The Role** The Implementation Consultant is a client\-facing delivery role at the heart of BSP’s NetSuite implementation practice. You’ll serve as a primary point of engagement for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle — gathering and validating requirements, configuring NetSuite to fit each business, supporting data migration, and guiding clients through testing, training, and go\-live. This is a role for someone who blends strong technical aptitude with genuine client empathy. Success looks like accurate solution configuration, clear and confident client communication, effective end\-user training, and consistent delivery within scope and on schedule — always following BSP’s delivery standards and setting each client up for a successful go\-live and beyond. **What You’ll Do** **NetSuite Implementation \& Solution Delivery** * Gather, document, and validate client business requirements. * Configure NetSuite solutions to meet each client’s operational and financial needs. * Perform data migration activities, including data mapping and validation. * Support light customization such as custom forms and PDFs that don’t require scripting. * Collaborate with delivery leads on solution design and quality assurance. **Client Support \& Engagement** * Act as a primary client\-facing consultant during implementation engagements. * Provide hands\-on support through testing, go\-live, and post\-implementation phases. * Ensure client satisfaction through professional, responsive communication and service delivery. **End\-User Training \& Documentation** * Design and deliver effective end\-user training sessions. * Prepare and maintain clear, accurate project documentation. * Document new procedures and training materials tailored to each engagement. **Team Collaboration \& Delivery Discipline** * Support fellow team members throughout project delivery. * Complete administrative tasks such as timesheets and internal documentation on time. * Follow BSP practices for delivery, engagement, and data handling. **Professional Growth \& Development** * Maintain and expand your knowledge of NetSuite functionality and new releases. * Pursue ongoing learning, certifications, and professional development. * Stay current with evolving technologies and implementation best practices. **What You Bring** **Required** * 2\+ years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, consulting, or a closely related role. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent professional experience. * Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP software. * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills, with a client\-focused, service\-first mindset. * Attention to detail and accuracy in configuration, documentation, and data handling. * Adaptability across different clients, personalities, and concurrent projects — with flexibility and eagerness to learn. **Preferred** * NetSuite certifications. * CPA designation or an accounting background. * Knowledge of BSP’s industry verticals, including Firearms/FFL, Office Supply, Medical Device Manufacturing, and Appliance Retail. **Why BSP** * **Meaningful, complex work.** Deliver premium, IP\-driven NetSuite implementations for product\-based companies in regulated, operationally demanding industries. * **A real growth story.** Join at an inflection point as we build the category\-leading NetSuite partner for Life Sciences and other regulated verticals. * **Learn from the best.** Work alongside former operators, CPAs, engineers, and executives who have lived inside the systems we design. * **Invest in your craft.** We actively support certifications, ongoing learning, and clear professional development. * **Career path.** Advancement opportunities into senior consulting and delivery leadership roles based on performance. *Business Solution Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
