What You'll Do * Build beautiful, fast, and scalable front\-end applications using React and TypeScript. * Develop robust full\-stack applications using TypeScript across both frontend and backend. * Transform complex financial workflows into intuitive, high\-quality software. * Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to design and deliver new features. * Build secure, reliable, and production\-ready applications for institutional clients. * Explore new financial products and contribute to technical architecture and product direction. * Take ownership of features from concept through deployment and ongoing improvements. * Use AI\-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality. Required QualificationsMust Have * 5\+ years of professional software engineering experience. * Strong experience with **TypeScript** on both frontend and backend. * Excellent experience with: * React.js * Node.js * REST APIs * Experience taking products or major features from idea to production. * Experience owning the complete software development lifecycle. * Comfortable working in fast\-paced startup environments. * Strong problem\-solving and communication skills. * Experience using modern AI coding tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, etc.) as part of daily development. Preferred * Experience with **AG Grid** or other enterprise data grid libraries. * Experience building enterprise SaaS products. * Experience in fintech or financial applications. * Startup experience. * Blockchain or Ethereum knowledge is a plus (not required).
