**Dog Daycare Operations Manager \& Enrichment Coordinator**

We’re looking for a strong leader to oversee our daycare operations, develop our team, and continue raising the standard of care we provide.
**Position Summary**
The Dog Daycare Operations Manager \& Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for leading all aspects of our daycare program. This individual will manage staff, oversee dog playgroups, create enrichment activities, maintain safety standards, and ensure every guest receives exceptional care.
This is an active, hands\-on leadership position. You’ll spend time working directly with dogs while also coaching employees, improving operations, and helping grow the department.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage daily daycare operations
* Lead, coach, and develop the daycare team
* Create staff schedules and daily assignments
* Ensure safe dog group management and proper playgroup placements
* Monitor canine behavior and intervene appropriately when needed
* Plan and implement daily enrichment activities and themed events
* Train new employees on dog handling, safety, and company procedures
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
* Communicate professionally with pet parents
* Assist with boarding operations when needed
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and guest experience
* Work closely with ownership to help grow the business
**Qualifications**
* Previous professional experience working with dogs is required
* Leadership or management experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of canine body language and behavior
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Able to lift 50 pounds and remain active throughout the day
* Weekend availability required
* Reliable transportation
