For this opportunity, LES is assembling a high\-performing team to support a **federal defense civilian workforce development course** focused on strengthening mission identity, strategic awareness, professional integration, applied decision\-making, and long\-term career development. This effort requires more than routine course development. It calls for experienced professionals who can design blended learning, translate technical subject matter into accessible instruction, develop engaging multimedia, support Government\-reviewed deliverables, and maintain disciplined project execution. Selected personnel must be able to operate in a structured Government environment, collaborate with technical and instructional teams, protect sensitive information, and deliver high\-quality work under defined timelines. **Contract Program Manager / Project Lead** **Position Summary** Leading Edge Skills LLC is seeking a highly capable **Contract Program Manager** to lead the successful execution of a federal defense curriculum development and iteration project. This role will serve as the primary management lead responsible for schedule, staffing, deliverables, risk management, quality control, Government coordination, and overall contract performance. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, polished, and mission\-focused program leader who can manage a fast\-moving learning development effort while maintaining strong communication with Government stakeholders, instructional designers, subject matter experts, multimedia developers, and subcontractor personnel. Minimum Qualifications * Master’s degree in Business, Program Management, or related field; or * Six years of experience as a Program Manager. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to engage multiple defense organizations and stakeholders. * Eligible for required Government access/background requirements. * PMP certification or equivalent program management experience is highly desired. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for the Government. * Manage project schedule, staffing, risks, action items, deliverables, and subcontractor performance. * Lead kickoff activities, working group meetings, status reviews, and internal team coordination. * Prepare monthly status reports and project updates. * Ensure deliverables are timely, accurate, complete, and compliant. * Maintain staffing continuity and support rapid issue resolution. * Coordinate quality control, corrective actions, and performance monitoring. * Ensure all team members understand contractor responsibilities, communication protocols, and professional conduct expectations. Preferred Experience * Experience managing federal, DoD, military, or professional education projects. * Experience with curriculum development, adult learning, eLearning, or leadership training. * Familiarity with Government deliverables, quality control plans, personnel rosters, status reporting, and formal review cycles. Pay: $90\.00 \- $120\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
