**Job Description:** **Required Skills \& Experience** **Core Experience** * 8–10 years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise solution architecture. * Strong hands\-on experience with **Microsoft Azure** across infrastructure, platform, networking, identity, security, and governance services. * Proven experience delivering **Azure cloud transformation and migration programs**, preferably in onsite or consulting environments. * Experience designing and implementing **Digital Workspace / Microsoft 365 solutions** for collaboration, endpoint management, identity, and workplace modernization. **Technical Skills** * Strong expertise in: * + Microsoft Azure (Virtual Machines, App Services, Networking, Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions, Azure Virtual Desktop, Backup, Site Recovery, Monitor) + Identity and security services including Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview + Microsoft 365 / Digital Workspace services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint security + Infrastructure as Code, automation, and DevOps practices using ARM / Bicep / Terraform, PowerShell, and CI/CD pipelines * Strong understanding of hybrid identity, migration strategies, Zero Trust security, compliance, business continuity, and cost governance. **Professional Skills** * Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to business and executive audiences. * Leadership skills to guide cross‑functional onsite teams. **Education \& Certifications (Preferred)** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. * Relevant Microsoft certifications such as: * + Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (requires \[AZ\-305]() and \[Azure Administrator Assoc iate]()) + Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (\[MD\-102]()) + Additional certifications in security or identity are advantageous (for example, Microsoft Entra or Microsoft security certifications).
