AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable artificial intelligence solutions that solve real\-world business problems. The ideal candidate has strong software engineering skills combined with expertise in machine learning, generative AI, and cloud technologies. You will work closely with product owners, data engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to deliver production\-ready AI applications. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications. * Build and deploy Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). * Develop AI agents, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions. * Create Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases. * Fine\-tune, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and language models. * Develop REST APIs and microservices for AI applications. * Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and cloud platforms. * Build scalable data pipelines for AI model training and inference. * Monitor model performance, accuracy, latency, and cost. * Follow MLOps best practices for deployment, versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD. * Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, and governance standards. Required Skills * Strong proficiency in Python * LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks * OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open\-source LLMs * PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit\-learn * Prompt engineering and AI workflow design * Vector databases: Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus, FAISS * RAG, AI agents, embeddings, semantic search * FastAPI or Flask * SQL and NoSQL databases * Git, Docker, Kubernetes * Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud * CI/CD and MLOps Nice\-to\-Have Skills * Multi\-agent AI frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph) * AI observability and evaluation tools * Graph databases and knowledge graphs * Snowflake integration * Apache Spark * Kafka * NLP and computer vision * Financial services or healthcare domain experience Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. * 8\+ years of software engineering and 2\+ years of AI development experience. * Experience delivering AI applications into production.
